As someone who has struggled my whole life with trying to set realistic goals and feel like I'm performing 100% of the time (burnout be damned), this was such a good read! Thank you so much for sharing, this really helped me shift my mindset for the better.

Bradley, you rule. Plain and simple.

We're in the same boat--I'm trying so hard to keep up on Substack, even. I don't know how you do it, but you're an inspiration!

Of course that's 100% based on a 40 hour week. ⌛ After that you're cuttin' into my groove time.

Thank you for this. My Mom always says - you give 100% that’s it. Then sometimes someone else gives 100% when you are at zero.

I did need to read this because I never give myself downtime and I had to - felt guilty -

I don’t know how Bradley does it either!

Awww, your mom! She has such wisdom—just like you.

You’re not alone in the guilt-ache of downtime--I feel it every day (and my wife’s even worse!). But honestly, that drive comes from love. Still, even the strongest need to power down now and then... even be held.

Sometimes, giving 100% means pausing, breathing, and letting someone else carry the next beat. That’s what Turtles do, right?

We’re right here with you. 🤍🔥

Omgosh this is my constant battle with myself. If I'm not focused or accomishing, I use horrible words with myself. You know the L. A. Z. Y. Word. I wouldn't say it to my kiddos or my friends, but me.....unfiltered & harshest critic ever. Working on it....hoping I'm making progress.
